Door cards was created by Lambert
Hi, just to save me dismantling my door cards, do the fuzzy arm rest bits detach from the rest of the card?

Cheers.

Being a farm car, when he took delivery, farther bless him, covered the fuzzy bits in clear sticky plastic. This 5 years on is really very tired so I had hoped to be able to remove the fuzzy bits and recover them properly with something like a nice padded black vinyl and make it a bit less agricultural. But if they are integrated then that becomes a major project.

Thanks for the offer but it seems a bit profligate to fit another set that are going to meet the same end as the ones already fitted. Cheers though.

i'm pretty sure that thing comes off. I've seen them upholstered. Also, when i crashed my previous jimny, my elbow removed the thing right off on impact. Given my elbow wasn't even sore afterwards, i cant imagine it being all that hard to come off.
when i liiked at the doorcard afterwardsthere was a small rectangular hole where i'm guessing that part atattches to.
that being said, i'm sure it comes off and it's not glued, but i imagine reatattching it might be a problem...doable, but might take some improvising
