and ive been so busy with just running the shop i dont get much time to "get on the tools" no more, and its had to be put on the back burner for a while, as we needed to get other lines out, battery tray, winch bumper, SJ conversion kit etc etc as there is going to be more demand for these
BUT all is not lost, we have just bought a new machine that can help make them much much more quickly than we planned, so when the final design is done they should be quite quick to make
downsides, ive lots of other parts to make on it first, our parts and also other 4x4 supplier parts, then ill get round to them, probably early next year now
i underestimated how much time and effort it takes to move into a new unit, it feels like its taking forever!

May I add my 5 cents?bluejimny wrote: the kits will be offered in 2 sets, one for the 22 spline and one with 26mm splines, if the customer wants to go down that route,
Don't waste your time and money for making 22 spline shafts with TG cv-joints. It will absolutely pointless.
We make also two version enforced front half-shafts.
Version 1 is for stock 22 splined sidegears and stock SJ cv-joint.
Sometime half-shaft brakes at diff side. Sometime cv-joint blows up. If you use TG cv-joint I am pretty sure that failure will be at diff side always. Removing small piece of broken shaft from diff could be quite difficult and of course you need to take off diff from axle housing.
Version 2 is for 26 splined sidegears and TG cv-joints.
No issues with that type of shafts up to 35 simex tyres.

Can you supply these shafts to the UK ?
