Thank you.

Glad I found the site. I was told by the garage to use 4WD on wet roads but only made that mistake once having now read the wiki. It's golden info.

Had a really cool outing down to North Yorkshire Moors and finally had a chance to take some nice pictures on a proper camera and not just my phone.

Also, a few pics from Northumberland not too long ago. I returned to the little river where I first struggled to get out of when I first bought the car (road tyres, knackered suspension and no knowledge of driving off-road! Also it was snowing...so it might have been that!)

Very nice. I really quite like the front bumper, just not sure how it would look without a lift and knobly tyres.

I can't imagine it would look terribly good without at least bigger tyres. It does extend the front of the car quite a bit and so I think the approach angle would be pretty poor without it being jacked up by tyres and/or a moderate lift.

I will say that it came in very handy when I was forced to pull to the side of a track for a lumbering land rover. The ground gave way bringing the front left of the car down squarely on a large rock, the bumper mounts took it like a champ with only a bit of rock dust to show for it (despite me thinking I had just snapped an axle with the noise it generated!!)
