Spare wheel perished legal ?

Not that its on my car, but is it illegal to have a perished spare? think I might have to remove it :/

I would think so, not fit for use is it really, might get you home on the other hand might loose the family:(

Im just going to take off the spare to be safe. If I ever need to swap I can phone a friend to come get me..... I only travel about 20 miles tops from home lol
When I need new tyres I was going to get 4 with wheels so I will just replace the spare with one of the old ones then

I just bought any random mud tyre in the same size as my ones i have fitted to the jimny..

Once you fit bigger tyres to the jim the standard size spare looks dangerous lol!

lol, I took it off yesterday before doing the trial mod.
Was so chuffed when I got my brake caliper back on and the jimny running again I forgot about it and reversed out the garage........
