Sunday 4th October 2020

£35 per vehicle

The location is Parkwood 4x4, Tong which is a a large site between Bradford and Leeds, UK. This time around we have catered for those in more Northerly area. It has colour coded trails with Blue for beginners through Red (mud tyres) to (Black) extreme modified vehicles and should make a pleasant meet-up, particularly for those with more standard vehicles.

We normally expect our events to be heavily social! However you will appreciate that "social" is not a word to use at the moment. With social distancing this will be more of a drive around event. I do not know what rules will be in place in October as the situation is fluid. We will obey whatever rules are in-place and you will be expected to adhere to those rules.

Existing bookings will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot make the date then I will refund. Clearly the situation in the UK is fluid, there could be a second spike or a local lockdown. It is my strong intention to go ahead with this event and also to ensure participants are not left out of pocket, therefore if the situation changes, or your personal situation changes, then I will arrange refunds. However, non-attendance on the day itself will not be refunded as that is the point I will have paid out for the site. This includes non-attendance due to failing any possible mandated tests (body temperature , mask wearing etc.) that may have to be imposed under rules in place at time of the event.

If you cancel your booking up to one month in advance of the date then your payment will be refunded subject to £10 fee for expenses incurred.

If you cancel within one month (4 weeks) of the date then refunds will be at the discretion of BigJimny.

Overall, you attend this event at your own risk. We will implement any rules that may be in place at the time of the event but clearly cannot be responsible for your personal health safety.

The event is open to all Suzuki Jimnys, from Generation 1 to Generation 4 (in UK terms - LJ, SJ, Jimny and Jimny 2019). There will be a visual vehicle check on arrival to ensure that all loose items are secured and that any passengers have appropriate seatbelts. For vehicles that have been trailered additional checks will be made for security of items such as the battery and fuel tank. It should be noted that the site owners (not BigJimny) reserve the right to refuse entry to prevent "scrappers" from participating.

On-site camping/caravans are permitted. No booking needed. Note that the situation around camping etc may vary due to Covid related restrictions.

  • Tents are £5 per tent
  • Caravans/Motorhomes are £8.50

It is a basic site with Portaloos (availability of Portaloos may vary with Covid related restrictions)
