Your truck is looking nice! I've not seen a modified Jimny in those colours before - I think that's cos not many people modify a truck so young. The black wheels really work with the colours too.

I wouldn't rush to fit the castor correcting bushes yet if you don;t think the change in drive is terrible. I know some people will insist that with a 3 inch lift it must be castor corrected but wait until the springs settle a bit and see what you think.

There are 2 reasons why I say this. The first is that you seem to have a bit of off roading in mind and the castor corrected nylon bushes will limit your flex as they do not flex like the original rubber ones. The only other alternative is to buy expensive castor corrected arms with new rubber bushes.

The second is that I have found my 3 inch KAP lifted Jimny to be OK without castor correction. The steering self centres OK and the only difference I notice is the steering is lighter and takes less input than normal Jimny's.

I have had it for over 2 years like it now and not had an issue. The main issue could be at speed on the motorway doing an emergency manouvre and over steering due to it.

Others have desribed theirs as undrivable though - so I think it varies from car to car. As you find it not terrible, maybe you'll be happy with the standard bushes in the standard arms.

You'll need to lose your front anti roll bar though to reap the benefits of your lift off road.

If you don't intend much offroading, maybe it might be better to fit the castor correction.

I'm just suggesing you wait and see how you get on.

Cheers for that, yeh i see where your coming from.

It is a bit "light and interesting" but like i say its just more like something to get used to, i may wait a while and see how i feel before fitting them. I will be fitting the steering damper first so see how that goes and see if that improves the general feel of things?

As far as steering self centering, its not perfect but its not as bad as some people may suggest so maybe your right, it may affect some more thsn others, touch wood i have hardly any steering wobble either..... fingers crossed on that one.

looking nice for a new style truck there mine will be changing lots aftre crimbo but most will be as much as you have done.

mine has no wobble shake or anything even when lifted so im not bothering fitting the castor correction.
