The next Jimny I jet will be getting a regular waxoyl & all the seams sealed! It'll also come from somewhere thats not near the sea!

Thanks! I'm no welder but its come together ok!
The fuel tank was a bit of a bugger to get the nuts/bolts undone, the heads just crumbled away so I cut the heads off with a 1mm cutting disk, dropped the tank and disconnected all the pipes. I then just cut the studs down & welded new bolts on.
There was bit at the front of the boot floor that runs from one side of the car to the other that needed doing. its right above all the pipe work & next to the rubber filling pipe so thought it better to be safe than sorry!
