Hello

Had my Jimny for a few months now. I've always had LR's but I'm now a convert and the Jimny is the perfect modern match for my Series One and I'm really pleased.

So far I've fitted 195 Kumho KL71's (quiet & good looking), found the gearbox sump plug stuck, fitting a towbar and am puzzling over how to put decent recovery points on the front. Seems like the normal Jimny things!

I will be using the Jimny for trialling so will find out areas to improve for that as I go.

Hi and Welcome to bigjimny, Just be careful with the credit card! Why not go for an ORA front bumper as they are on offer with great recovery eyes.

Hi Ed, yes it's me, I'm still getting used to having no oil-leaks on the garage floor.

Myers - I like the look of those, are they fixed to the chassis rails or the brackets that are underneath?

Hi Clive

Glad to see you on here and that you have bought a Jimny. I know you were pondering between that and a Wrangler, so the Jimny won!

Look forward to seeing you and it at one of the trials - Peter
