HI from sunny Cornwallshire.
just registered as will soon be open to your advise on which are the best directions for my new project....2001 Black 56k Jimny, see pics..
prevoius truck, '89 SJ(see pics) has now gone abroad ona extended holiday to France on active service with the French greenlaners club as it was getting very long in the tooth & impractical now.
Picked up a nice jimny with intensions of modding but I am doing my homework & didn't realise how many spring, kits, shock kits were avalible so will be open to your advise/comments...
Hopefully I will be going up to the indoor 4x4 show on the 19th of march for some ideas but will have to see....
Cheers, Ginger

It was a few year old show i guess, just seen it this morning and thought hang on ive just seen that SJ!
It wasnt the one they built, it was the one they had a look at from the "expert" as how they should be built. Was an f plate, same colour.... VERYYYY similar!

Hi again guy's,
The sj has gone to France, Warn 8274 gone to Romania, so a healthy bank account ready to spend on the jimny.....
Was going to do a 2" lift, extended brake hoses, have some GV rims, maybe some kl71's etc,etc
Wanted your thoughts on,
what size Tyres to go up to, 205?...
Is it worth a body lift 2" ??
Trailmaster shocks, springs ???
Will it need the arches trimmed...
Is it worth the rear shock mount extensions to stop the shocks fouling the axle..??
Better to ask someone who knows 1st than diving in.....LOL
All the best from sunny Cornwallshire.....
