Just wondering for those with 5 speed manuals. How high is the bite point on your clutch?
I’m sure mine has got higher recently. Going to take it into the dealers next week. But thought I’d ask and see what others are experiencing.
For reference mine has just ticked over 17,000 miles (so pretty low mileage still). Is 2.5 years old. I have a tow bar, but it has only towed one 600kg trailer once. I don’t trail or slip the clutch (my Land Rover 90 has 152,000 miles on the original clutch).

Dunno what it's supposed to be but on my last one which I had changed at about a hundred and eight odd thousand miles it was the finger springs that were getting tired not the friction material wearing away. Are they still cable operated?

The clutch on a JB74 is hydraulic, and on my 2021 the bite point is quite close to the floor, maybe 25% of the travel or a little less, and very similar to that on my older Grand Vitara.
As far as I'm aware they are self adjusting (like the Grand Vitara), and as they wear the bite point will get closer to the floor - it's not a linear decrease, but, one day you'll suddenly realize that you have the pedal right against the floor and the slightest movement allows the car to creep - at that point it's time for a replacement.
Looking at the parts catalog, the bellhousing end of things is very similar to the Grand Vitara, the master cylinder end however is very different

In the case of mine it seems to be the opposite. The bite point now seems to be in the last 20-25% of the pedal travel, just before you take your foot off of it. I’m sure it wasn’t like it previously (had it since new).

Maybe try bleeding the clutch hydraulics

I'm not going to say don't bleed it, BUT, the reason you bleed a hydraulic system is to remove trapped air, and if there is trapped air, the end result is going to be increased pedal travel so the bite point will be lower down, not higher up.

Thanks. But as it is under warranty, I don't intend on doing anything to 'fix' it myself.
