I have bought a Jimny on 10.5" wide Kumho mud tyres and am really impressed. It won't go everywhere our polaris ranger will go but if you are sensible where you drive it, it will do everything you want it to do, but is a lot quieter, warmer and more comfortable!
It has got a locking rear diff which is a bit clunky - is this normal? But it does seem to make it grip extremely well! Thanks for all your advice.

Good to hear you went for the Jimny and it's working out well.

A bit of clunking sounds typical for a 'lockright' style locker. They are crude but effective.

Its very wet out in my field at the moment but the Jimny has no problems, I'm running 215/75 ATs. Its all stock except for a 2" lift to help it get through dodgy gateways without dragging the sills.

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
