- Which types of light bulbs are used in various positions in Jimny;
- How to replace them;
Bulb Types
Application | Bulb Fitting |
---|---|
Dipped and Main Beam | H4 (472) |
Side/Parking Lamp | W5W (501) |

This forum topipc contains some useful info regarding LED bulbs.
Fitting
Side/Parking Lamp
- Open the bonnet

- Remove the bulb holder from the assembly and change the bulb.
Headlights
- Open the bonnet
- Remove the socket and the rubber cover
- Unhook the bulb holding spring and replace the bulb
Front Clearance / Turn Signal / Side Turn Signal / Rear combi / Number Plate Light
- To remove, simply pull out or push in the bulb.
- To remove a round bulb, push it in and turn it anticlockwise.
- To remove a bulb holder from a light housing turn the bulb anticlockwise and pull it out.
