I had a local MoT back in the 90's and they sold up. Like a moron I took mine for its annual MoT to the new owners and he failed it on just such a bush but the bush was fine though to replace it I had to destroy it and my wrist in the process. Just to drum up business fully expecting me to have it done there no doubt.
