Take off the wiper arms.
Lift the bonnet.
Remove the plastic scuttle with the slots in- held by plastic poppers on the back..
You can see the wiper spindles are held by 2 nuts each, these may be loose= tighten.
Otherwise, there is a way to remove the wiper mechanism by undoing those nuts and the fastenings for the motor, you can then replace the worn parts.

If you meant there is no drive to the wiper, it is because the rod has come un-popped from the ball joint on the wiper arm, pop it back on.

Don't have any pictures I'm afraid, but it should be easy enough to do.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

So as guided by facade I whipped off the blades and the cover...
But the bolts weren't loose
the white plastic guide for the spindle was totally worn away on one side....

So I undid the bolts dropped it back into the space spun the plastic 180 degrees...and put it all back together again... now all working !! The wear is now not under pressure from the wipers so all working well now
