2003 M13 early KAP build.
3" Trailmaster lift with 1.5 Spacers on front
Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses

You can do it but it only gives you very limited access. By removing the hub nut (see www.bits4vits.co.uk for the tool) you can access the front of the bearing as shown below (you can just see the bearing hidden below the pin I am using to drive it out.
However the bearing is around 5cm (2 inches) in depth (its at least a double ball race) and if you look in the picture below which is taken from behind you can see the second race. Therefore pushing grease in the front to lubricate the back is not going to be easy
