Cheap roof racks/roof bars on ebay, MUST LOOK!
The others are longer but certainly not twice as big, and they cost over twice as much. You pays your money...

This is the one I went for:
It arrived in a box in 100 pieces. It is unbranded and the instructions were in Mandarin. Total cost £44.99
It took about an hour to assemble.
It is supposed to attach to roof bars, which in turn attach to the roof rails on the Jimny. I bypassed the roof bars, screwing it directly to the roof rails. Here's some pictures of it on the car, loaded with a few bits and bobs I had lying around:
As you can see, it is quite a good fit for the existing rails. Actual dimensions are 1040mm wide and 1330mm long. You might notice the rails run the opposite way to the ebay picture.
Build quality is reasonable- it's definitely strong enough for heavy luggage, spare wheels and Jerry cans.
There is a noticeable increase in wind noise from 45 mph and at 70mph there is a slight whistle. About what you'd expect from something this size on the roof I guess.

Busta wrote: Rather crudely! I just drilled some small holes and used self-tapping screws. It's just aluminium so pretty easy to screw into.
Alloy is soft id hate to be following you when it takes off i think 10mm bolts would suit it better
