My Dog guard

Hi ,

I got hold of a 2nd hand dog crate and adapted parts of it to fit the rear of my Jimny .

I used the existing grab handle fixings to hold the brackets I made from drilled bar.

It's not pretty but it works for me !

Cost about £60

Wanted to fit a dog guard once upon a time, but don't like the idea of the 'mincer' effect that thin bars like that will have on the pooches in the event of an accident. I just leave them loose in the back, cops have seen them on multiple occasions, even on the front seats, and never said a word.
