our trip was over 4 days.

and on the 2nd last day I drowned my Alternator.

the last day my water pump died ( hence the trailer )

Got home and repaired also have bearings in the rear diff replaced.

a week later developed a whine and found this

and bad news on the Mag article front looks like its been pushed back a few issues

Jim's back on the road now sourced a 2nd hand rear diff centre

I started on a new project over the last 2 weeks.

almost finished it today.

Mounted an Amp under the passenger seat.

Soldered up the wiring loom

ran the wire to the amp

And mounted this to my dash :peaceout:

and the 99% finished product. ( 3.5mm cable until my bluetooth module arrives )

iPads a 3g model so now does GPS as well as my music and videos

Cheers mate,

I need to update with some pics.

I now have a Bluetooth Module on the Amp so I don't need the 3.5mm cable

On another note, Got some $$ to throw at the Jimny.

Seriously considering trying out a 2" Body Lift to give some more guard clearance.
not quiet ready to chop chop just yet, if I ever change to 31's I would chop them.

what are your thoughts on BL in a Jimny?
