Sticky callipers are causing me some hassle..... Can anyone list the parts needed for the vitara vented conversion ?

I was hoping to go to a four pot set up but I haven't had the chance to save for them and now it's a needs must job, so it's the vitara set up or new standard...

You're also going to need the caliper hanger as well and they're going to need to be off a scraped car as I couldn't find a separate part number from Suzuki and all the new eBay calipers don't include them.
