Where is Earth point 7 ???

Where is Earth point 7 ??? was created by facade
The two yellow candles at the front seem yellower than usual, but the live voltages check out, and the manwal reckons I want earth point 7.
Where is it?
The obvious one under the dash near the switch is 6, the one on the crash detector is 8

But on mine, there appears to be a one piece carpet over it, and then someone has gone and screwed a seat down on top of that for good measure
I'll just stick to roads with streetlights I think
