Hey guys,

So I'm in the process of installing a 2" body lift on my 07 Jimny and following the lift I intend to install a set of 215/75/R15 AT tires. After some initial reading on the forum I was fairly committed to the General Grabber AT3's (they seem to be a favourite among other members here!). However, today I was looking around for some alternative options as the AT3's are fairly pricey. I came across the Avon Ranger AT tires selling at £175 for 4 tires! Most of the reviews online seem to be positive but I thought I would run it through the forum to see what you guys thought.

I mostly use my Jimny on road but following my intended modifications my off road use will definitely increase (most likely 60/40 on road or even 50/50). Both tires seem to be rated as 50/50 on road/off road, but with such a huge difference in price I was wondering whether there is a huge difference in performance as a result.

Would love to hear your guys' thoughts/experiences with either tires!

Thanks
