hello! i have a 2011 jimny stock gearing, i am thinking on buying this reduction kit from low range made by trail-gear, its reduces 17% in high and 87% in low, has anyone have had any experience with this kit? will it work fine with a 31 inch tyre? how good its on road and off road? will it affect to much fuel economy or will improve with the correct gear and tyre? i currently have a 235 75 15 mt tyres and do around 400km with 32 liters.

The trouble is that the standard transfer box has a chain in it rather than being all gears like the old SJ's and Samurai. The chain stretches with standard torque, so add more from lower gearing and you will accelerate this.
That's the theory but there are some Aussies on here who use it and may be able to say if it is the case in practice.

I know the chains stretch on the early manual transfer cases but I thought the electric ones were stronger?

I'm thinking.
Yes the chain may be the weak link ( haha ) But if you want this gearset, go for it, and put in a new chain when installing the gears

If you can change the gearset yourself you can change the chain too I'm guessing, so as long as you can do this and the chain is not too expensive I think Tom has a point.

If the chain is that much, I'd probably go for a swap to an SJ transferbox and a Redacted cradle mount.

Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

SJ box isnt a straight swap in.
The R72 gearbox, which will be what fracolis has to go with the electronic t-box, has a different spine count on the output shaft and is longer than the earlier R7ME gearbox.
I had a prop made for the R72 box to allow a rocklobster to fit. It reduced the drive way too much as the gearbox is lower output in 5th gear and the diffs are lower as well. Would probably be ok with some 33" tyres
Eventually i swapped the whole lot to the earlier gearbox, diffs and t-box. That worked great on the road, but a bit undergeared for offroad, hence now having a rocklobster box in.
