So a couple of weeks back I flicked the heater to window only to demist the window and all of a sudden it starts making more noise like somethings blocking the airflow, sure enough less air is now coming out compared to the other heater options, ideas where to look anyone? Ta!

Sounds like the end of the control wire has come free. The controls are either side on the heater unit down under the dashboard. YOu can see them with a torch. Move the dash controls and see if the white actuators move. You should see the control wire has been kicked off.

Hi, i noticed that sometimes my heater seemed to be blowing less air, and colder, problem was the pollen filter was clogged. New filter fitted and problem solved

99.9% of UK Jimnys don't have pollen filters fitted - available to purchase in the BigJimny store ;)
