Strange noise when turning steering wheel.

Sometimes i hear some strange noise when turning wheel. It's not always on every turn.
Something i should to worry about?

On a serious note ;) get some one to look under the front of the jimny while you turn the steering to try to track down the source as its hard to find when your listening from the drivers seat

Check the power steering fluid level.
Check the drive belt tension.
Check the crankshaft pulley isn't coming apart (outer coming away from the centre)
Check that the pipes to the power steering are secured properly, and can't vibrate and touch something.

Can't think of anything else obvious, except seized kingpin bearings.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
