Cost or location is no guarantee these days. If you want reassuringly expensive go to Halfords for your CAT, it's still supplied by Eurocarparts. So you can purchase expensive and still purchase twice.
It's a small world and it's common to use big suppliers, so Halfords own brand - batteries - supplied by Yuasa, bulbs are Ring, Wipers are Velo, oil is Mobil, antifreeze is Comma. I worked for Halfords at one time, so not hearsay.
Can't say I have had any issues with parts supplied by Euro (or Halfords), but I do pick the brand's I recognize.
Good luck
Mike

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

I too am a former halfords employee and consequently know how much markup they apply to certain items. If it weren't for having a trade card with them, the few bits I do buy there would be bought elsewhere. Until recently Andrew Page were my preferred supplier for service parts and probably will be for a little longer until the inevitable merger with eurocarparts finally starts to bite. Having said that though the majority of replacement parts on Dreadnaught especially are either oem from bigjimny or the dealership or if not are better quality Gucci stuff like the suspension, that is what comes from wanting to keep the car indefinitely.

One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.
