Steel wheels was created by Mole
Evening.
I was looking at wheels and came across a company selling 15x10 steel wheels now this is probably a daft question but what tires could you run with them I know how to work out the OD of a tire but not sure what to search for the bead width to fit the wheel and where you'd start looking for them obv wouldn't want the bead of the tire to stick out past the tread

15x7 is the max you can fit with 0 offset. I have 15x8's and they need about a 10mm spacer. 30mm spacers are the smallest available, so I have those. If I had known about it I would have bought -15 or -30 offset rims. This can be applied to the 15x10 size with offset also.

As winter approaches - any tips for a set of basic steel wheels that I could stick a set of snow tyres onto? A wheel rim that would bolt straight onto a new Gen 4 Jimny with zero fitting/clearance problems.

As in from another vehicle? None. Jimnybits sell sets in various sizes and offsets.

Thanks for the reference to Jimnybits - although what offset should I be looking for? Just want something that looks OEM spec.

I understand that the factory offset is 22mm so something like that. They come from jimnybits in 15 or 30 so an extra 8 mm is hardly here or there.
