Leaky Handbrake link?

Just had a nosy under the car to double check everything is in order, and found a little dribble of what appears to be oil. Can’t seem to figure it out. Looks to me like the handbrake link to the rear drums, and moves when the handbrake is operated. Any ideas would be appreciated. picture attached*

Looks like oil being thrown up from the propqshaft?
