Hi @Gadget - I am also looking the escape gear seat covers. Embarrassing question from me but did you order cover for air bags or just normal ones? This is for an SZ5... Thanks

EscapeGear covers excellent. One of the best additions I’ve made. Wondering if they’ll do a matching armrest cover.

I have the Escape Gear seat covers. They are fantastic, they still look brand new after a year and a half of abuse.
They are a bit cheaper here in South Africa though, they are made here.

Hi
I received the escape gear seat covers today. They feel really well made and they are good fit. However, I struggled with the lateral strap that I think is meant to go under the seat (side to side). I had to go round the back. It does work but it does not look neat nor right. How did you manage it? Many thanks.

I received the following additional information from Escape Gear:
1. The seat cover should be shifted about 25mm further back (before the webbings are tightened) as shown below in GREEN .
2. In the image below, our fitted covers are on the left hand side showing the side gap in BLUE, please compare this to the gap on the right hand side photo. Moving the cover back 25mm should reduce the size of the gap.
3. The webbing must go under the recliner handle, shown in ORANGE.
4. The side belt webbing must go around the plastic panel (As shown on the left in RED), Not half around the plastic and half under the seat. As shown on the right hand side..
If anyone can work out where to attach the strap that goes through the side loops pls let me know.
I hope this helps someone.
