It was, as expected, more of a driving experience than a more modern design. Constant wee steering corrections, but nothing major, by any means. Certainly reminded me of my old 2A Landy.
Pics are called for.

Aye, Ash, it was right outside the entrance doors for a couple of hours, apparently. Seems there was a lot of interest.

Bob1050 wrote: Looking good, very good in Kinetic Yellow. Then again I would say that being the owner of another one in that particular colour. Having lived with Kinetic Yellow for 3 months I wouldn't change it for any other colour. Whether you are at the seaside or in ASDA you wont ever lose it in a car park and no-one could ever claim "Sorry mate I didn't see you coming" without a court order to visit Specsavers. Have seen another Kinetic Yellow Jimny in Broughty Ferry and that's the sum total between Yorkshire and Aberdeen until you took delivery.
This is the first in this colour that the Dealership has sold, Bob. They have one more Kinetic Yellow, (manual), in the compound, that is also sold, I believe.
As you rightly say, they certainly show up.
Steve.
