The only bfg in 205.70 is the urban terrain that I have and they are great as a road bias compromise. 205.75 offers more variety as does 215.75 but they may well need mud flap removal. 15x7j are the common aftermarket wheels usually in -15 and -30 offset. Minus 15 is plenty for a standard car especially with taller or wider tyres. There is a sticky thread on the subject in technical and wiki sections

Don't discount the urban terrain, it has yet to get me stuck on the farm though in 2wd it can be a bit skaty on slick mud but 4x4 sorts that out. In snow they are simply epic.

I've just bought some standard steel wheels off a breaker. Before I settled on the standard ones i was considering these that have an offset of -7 according to the salesperson I was emailing earlier today.

Blackcircles or tyreleader can be pretty good for tyres, in my experience.

I would think they would work.

The offset means how much they stick out from the centre of the wheel so in this instance 7mm from the centreline of the wheel:

Look at 205/75/15's should fit wit the mud flaps on
Just be aware all the after market wheels will be 7 inch wide on the rim
my opinion 7 inch is to wide for 205 tyre width (but this is my opinion)
the 205's will go on the 7" rim

Yes I think 205/75/15 so should I just keep my alloy wheels or will they not fit on them
