Facelift bumper and bonnet was created by StergiosJimny
I have the vvt jimny with the big bumper and i dont want to cut it. So i am looking for another one. How easy do you think is to fit the newer bumper(facelift). Also do you think that i can fit the new bonnet and mask with some work? I like the facelift look and maybe i will try it.
Sorry for my bad english!

It can be done but it really needs bumper, grill, bonnet and both front wings to look right, which makes it quite expensive to do

I dont thing tha it needs other front wings. I can see that they are the same from google photos. But it needs for sure the grill and the bonnet. I will see the distance of the wings from a friends facelifted jimny! Is the bumper a lot longer than the 1st gen jimny?

You will need new front wings as the facelift ones are taller in the front. The older ones have a more sloping bonnet line and the facelift have a more flat bonnet raised in the front.
You can also see it on the front and bonnet where the old ones do not have as much height above the headlights. at the windshield the height is the same.

Yes you are right..I saw it before. Its not a good idea. I prefer to keep the money for the lift or wheels and go for the 1st gen bumper. Better ground clearance and old school look!

check out my build thread

Was very simple, just need a load of parts (which I was lucky I got a majority for cheap).
