I'm not Lambert but I'll have a go anyway...
In a 2007 Jimny you presently have a M13A VVT, which is a straight swap with the M16A VVT.
Where it gets mildly complicated is with the VVT/non-VVT engine codes (one is M16A and other is M16AA, I'm sure someone else will chime in and say which is which, I can't remember off-hand). Luckily most people selling the engines just refer to them as either just "M16A" or "M16A VVT", but if you do any swap always make sure you use the VVT variant.
I think I've almost worn out my V and T keyboard buttons with the above couple paragraphs
