sorry if this is a repeat, typed up earlier and cant find it. anyway my blowers only blow cold air, i think the matrix is ok as the housing is really hot, i think the levers arent turning a flap ? just a guess as i have no idea of how its looks inside the housing. any diagrams or instructions on how to remove and reinstall housing would be really great. thanks in advance. :)

If you look up under the dash from the driver's side footwell you will see a white lever nearest to the gearlever side.

From reading on here, this often gets caught by feet and pulled off its mounting. This controls the hot/cold I believe.

Hi mate sorry to hijack this post, just got another 2005 jimny and heater stuck on hot wherever I put the temp control level, looking under the dash as suggested I can move the white level which the next gives me cold air. There is another white plastic lever above it with a cable attached, am I right in thinking that the cable is attached to the heater/cold air lever?

When I had to undo mine it sproinged off up into the depths of the back of the dashboard, took me an age to find and fish it back out. Good luck.
