Isuzu doesn't have a ECU you have to run 1 wire from the ignition to the diesel pump need to fit a 300tdi rad and a electric fan other than that some silicon hoses from eBay to be honest can pretty much steer you in the right direction on anything you need.
You do have to weld the new chassis platforms in place and remove the old ones but easily done

I would like to go turbo diesel for the torque but a little worried in the amount of work that needs doing and what I'm capable of. I have done everything so far inc a 6.5:1 transfer box re build. Will the dash not be like a Christmas tree with all the sensors 02 sensor, temp sensor etc how would that work ?

It's not the HP, it's the torque ;)

Hi Dave, Can you elaborate more on this? I'm planning on this conversion but I'd like to know more about the wiring side of things. Do you need the standard Jimny ECU at all? You say you need to run one wire to HP fuel pump from the ignition, does the power for the EDU come from this wire or is there more to it than that?

Can anyone else elaborate?

Thanks

Jack
