Hey Martin

I don't want to be too presumptuous with your time, but if you still have an empty feeling after doing all the pictures, BigJimny Meet 2020 isn't going to plan itself :woohoo:

I'll be happy to help though, if there are jobs you can farm out to people :)

Now I have caught up with the topic, I'd like to add my thanks to Martin and James for organising the event and the marshals on the day. It was great to meet the people in person and see all the different Jimnys all together.

Thank You!

Finally got back to Newcastle on Monday night - long day of driving yesterday finishing up our route.

Newcastle - BigJimny Meetup - Swansea - Rotherham - Newcastle = 800 mile round trip!

Thoroughly enjoyed the event! Great people, great cars and great atmosphere.Definitely attending again if there is another one!!!

Big thanks to Martin for organising the event. PS: I forgot to give you the dipstick - I'm posting it back tomorrow! :P

Edit: Happy to report no issues - Jimny ticked along nicely (and loudly) at 65-70 mph with about 220 miles per tank!

Thanks Martin, it was a great day. I had lots of fun.
It was my first time at any 4x4 event and my first taste driving off-road.
The group is very welcoming of newcomers, friendly and helpful.

2006 JLX+, pretty standard.

Thank you Martin for organising such a brilliant event!

Was great to see what our Jimny could do and watch the pros push their cars across parts of the course we wouldn't dare venture to .

Was fantastic to meet with such a great group of people.

Look forward to the next one

Peter

Finally managed to add in the bulk of Jon's pictures.

I had to lower the resolution (you can have the full resolution copies on request) and they have not been edited down at all)
